This townhouse was totally overhauled
This 240 sum townhouse was built in 1983. In 2015 we undertook a full overhaul. The only thing untouched were the exterior walls. The rest was demolished and then rebuilt.
We started by redesigning the interiors. We love "open space" and so do our clients.
This house went from 3 bedroom 2 bathroom to 2 ensuite bedrooms, open space kitchen-dining plus an apartment suit with kitchen, sauna and spa.
Modern heating and air-conditioning was installed as well as new plumbing, electrical, doors and windows etc etc etc.

Special attention was paid to thermo isolation of these houses as the high summer temperatures in Mallorca make air-conditioning cost rather elevated.
