Smal for-rent-apartment remodelled

In this project we managed to fit a very cozy apartment in a limited space provided. Just as the owner wanted.

It stood for less than a week on Idealista and have not been empty since. A 15% premium rent negotiated in comparison to other apartments in the same building.

This just proves that nothing is too small

The creative solution was moving the sleeping quarters "upstair" for which a "second level" was created just above the bathroom.
